Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-10-05
Alpha version — these terms apply to the invitation-only EDLYNK Alpha and may change before general availability.
EDLYNK is a professional marketplace and network for Talent Development. It helps organizations describe expertise needs, find and engage suitable experts, and record delivery confirmed through the platform.
Who can use EDLYNK
During the Alpha, EDLYNK is available by invitation to experts (trainers, coaches, facilitators, consultants, learning specialists), organizations and training providers.
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
What EDLYNK does
Experts maintain a Talent Passport. Organizations and training providers create Expertise Requirements, review matching experts, shortlist and invite them, select experts and record agreed engagements.
Matching explanations describe how a Talent Passport compares with a Requirement's stated criteria. They are decision support, not a guarantee of an expert's suitability or quality.
Selection is a sourcing decision. Confirming an engagement in EDLYNK records the arrangement both parties agreed within the platform; it is not a legally executed contract or e-signature.
Commercial terms and payments
Commercial terms entered in an engagement are recorded for reference only. EDLYNK does not process payments, hold funds, issue invoices or act as an employer or agency. Parties arrange contracting and payment directly.
Verified Delivery Records
A Verified Delivery Record is created only when an engagement completed in EDLYNK is confirmed by the organization. It records that the agreed delivery took place. It is not a rating, certification or quality guarantee, and EDLYNK does not verify employment history or perform background checks.
Your content
You keep ownership of the information you provide. You allow EDLYNK to store and display it as described in the Privacy Notice so the platform can operate (for example, showing your published Talent Passport to organizations).
Information you mark as self-reported is your own statement. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials or delivery history; attempt to access other users' data; or use EDLYNK to send unsolicited marketing.
EDLYNK may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put other users at risk.
Availability and changes
The Alpha is provided as-is while the product is being tested. Features may change, and service may be interrupted. We will notify Alpha participants of material changes to these terms.
